General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdd88 platform and all its services, including betting, casino games, and other features. This document is a legally binding agreement between the user and bdd88.

By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on the bdd88 platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are published in English. In case of any ambiguity, bdd88's interpretation shall be considered final. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and use services at bdd88, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online betting and gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you reside.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf and in your own financial interest.
• Your name must not appear on any list of persons banned by bdd88.
• You must not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.

bdd88 may request identity documents or supporting paperwork at any time to verify age. If an account holder is found to have opened an account while under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be voided.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such an occurrence is detected, all accounts will be suspended and the associated balances may be confiscated.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when opening an account. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. Any changes to your name, address, or payment details must be reported to the bdd88 support team immediately.

3.3 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bdd88 may carry out an identity verification process (KYC) when required. This may include requesting a national ID card, passport, or bank statement. bdd88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at bdd88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A minimum balance of ৳800 is required to make a withdrawal request. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Using a payment account registered in another person's name to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on bdd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply to transactions made in other currencies.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• An account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds can be used for betting, but cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a specific bonus offer contains special instructions, those instructions take precedence over these general terms.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdd88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Cashback benefits for VIP members are subject to separate terms.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets or game sessions completed on the bdd88 platform are considered final; however, bdd88 reserves the right to review outcomes in the event of a system error or technical issue. Bets cannot be cancelled once placed.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the market terms and conditions are shown in detail on each event's page. Betting markets are available for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software error, disconnection, or other technical issue causes an abnormal outcome, bdd88 reserves the right to void that bet or game session and refund the staked amount.

Security and Privacy

bdd88 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your personal and financial information secure. Information stored on our platform is not sold or shared with third parties without authorization.

To protect your account, keep your password complex and change it regularly. Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdd88 platform:

• Fraud, deceptive activities, or gaining an advantage through illegal means.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses multiple times through different accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Gaining an advantage by coordinating bets with other users (match-betting or arbitrage).
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, bdd88 reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate all balances. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

bdd88 strives to operate a reliable and secure platform. However, bdd88 will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• Loss of a game or bet due to the user's internet disconnection.
• Account details being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment service providers.
• Unintentional service interruptions due to technical reasons beyond bdd88's control.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.

If a breach of terms, fraud, or prohibited activity is detected, bdd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
